We offer FREE STANDARD Canary Islands DELIVERY on all orders.
We use Correos for this and it is a tracked service.
Any order received before 12pm will be with you within 3-5 working days after dispatch.
A working day is Monday to Friday.

Click and Collect Policy
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be picked up on Mondays. Please indicate in comments in which store you would like to pick up your order.
RETURNS POLICY
What is your returns policy?
We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note (although this is reduced to 7 days on sale goods).
When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags.
How to return an Item:
By Post - Please ensure you return your items to us within 14 days of us dispatching your item
Address to which the product should be sent: Calle Palmeral, 8 Las Rosas, Arona, 38631 Santa Cruz de Tenerife
Repack the item in its original packaging. The item does not have a delivery note.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Be sure to use a reputable courier service, as the item remains yours until it reaches us.
How long does it take to process my returns?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 7 days when we're very busy.
