We offer FREE STANDARD Canary Islands DELIVERY on all orders.

We use Correos for this and it is a tracked service.

Any order received before 12pm will be with you within 3-5 working days after dispatch.

A working day is Monday to Friday.

RETURNS POLICY

What is your returns policy?

We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note (although this is reduced to 7 days on sale goods).

When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags.

How to return an Item:

By Post - Please ensure you return your items to us within 14 days of us dispatching your item

Fill in the sections required on your delivery note, please ensure that if your product is damaged or faulty you indicate this clearly on the delivery note.

Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.

You will have to pay for return postage yourself, please ensure you are using a trusted courier as it is still yours until it arrives to us.

How long does it take to process my returns?

We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 7 days when we're very busy.
